Types of Therapy Provided
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Utilizes eye movements to help change the way traumatic memories are stored in our minds. Reduces depression, anxiety, grief and pain in as few as 3-5 sessions.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Teaches skills that can be used by individuals in your every day life to regulate emotions and improve the way we tolerate our negative emotions and distress.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Identifies how our often negative thought patterns have a destructive impact on our emotions and behaviors. and affect our relationships to ourselves and others.
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
Reduces anxiety and manages depression through encouraging us to be fully engaged in the present and break negative thought cycles by practicing mindfulness.
Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Encourages a goal-oriented approach to shape the future we envision utilizing skills we may already have within us in order to create the change we desire.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Emphasizes the deep emotional connections to significant others (partners, parents, children, etc) that assist in healing emotional injuries and strengthening secure attachment bonds.
