Out of Network Benefits

If we do not participate with your insurance, you may be able to use out of network benefits such as partial or full reimbursement after meeting a deductible. Please check with your insurance company to see if this is an option for you. Perspectives Anew will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance upon request.

Self Pay Options

Insurance companies will require a diagnosis, access to your records and in some cases may limit the number of visits to your provider. For these reasons, many choose to self-pay for their sessions. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, FSA and HSA cards.

Please note that we reserve time especially for you when you schedule an appointment. Due to this, appointments that are missed, cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount. Insurance does not cover this fee. As the fee varies based on the therapist and service provided, please clarify this when making your appointment.

Self-pay fee $150 Per Session Hour
